Nagore Iriondo is a lecturer on Automatic Control and Systems Engineering at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). She graduated in Industrial Engineering in 1988 and obtained her PhD in Automatic Control in 2013 at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). She is co-author on over 20 technical articles in journals and international conference proceedings in the distributed industrial control syetems research field. She has also been part of several research projects funded by I&D programs both at a national and European level.  Her research interests mainly focus on the application of concepts from control engineering to the area of industrial control processes. She has also been a reviewer for various technical journals and conferences.
